4 WEEK PROGRAM

The program runs for 4 weeks

The ShredderTeam will review exactly where you are today and determine what you need to do to get to your goal, we will devise a plan to your transformation.

After the consultation, the client will be provided with a nutritional regimen and exercise plan based on their body type(Meso, ecto & endo), body weight & activity level. We also provide on going support while on the journey to a healthier and slimmer you.

  • Phase 1: Designed to cleanse your body, shedding pounds and getting rid of sugar and carbohydrate cravings.
  • Phase 2: Introduces whole foods back into your diet and new workouts that will aid in the definition of your entire body.

A compulsory weekly check-in (with brief summary) is required. The team will review your progress to ensure you are on track.

SHREDDER MOM 30 DAY CHALLENGE

This program is tailored to transform the body of a nursing mom;
it is the perfect plan to help you get back in shape after delivery.

We have done our research and have been able to come up with a plan that won't affect your baby or the ability to lactate.

You will be provided with a Meal and Exercise Plan.
