This program is designed to help you lose weight at a fast pace following our two key phases:
- Phase 1: Designed to cleanse your body, shedding pounds and getting rid of sugar and carbohydrate cravings.
- Phase 2: Introduces whole foods back into your diet and new workouts that will aid in the definition of your entire body.
- A compulsory weekly check-in (with brief summary) is required. The team will review your progress to ensure you are on track.
