The program runs for 4 weeks. The ShredderTeam will review exactly where you are today and determine what you need to do to get to your goal, we will devise a plan to your transformation.
After the consultation, the client will be provided with a nutritional regimen and exercise plan based on their body type(Meso, ecto & endo), bodyweight & activity level. We also provide ongoing support while on the journey to a healthier and slimmer you.
- Phase 1: Designed to cleanse your body, shedding pounds and getting rid of sugar and carbohydrate cravings.
- Phase 2: Introduces whole foods back into your diet and new workouts that will aid in the definition of your entire body.
A compulsory weekly check-in (with brief summary) is required. The team will review your progress to ensure you are on track.
